- •1.5 pounds Lump crab meat
- •3 cups Broccoli florets
- •2 medium Bell peppers (any color), chopped
- •3 tablespoons Olive oil
- •3 cloves Garlic, minced
- •1 teaspoon Salt
- •½ teaspoon Black pepper
- •1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- •2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- 2Toss the broccoli and bell peppers with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, half the garlic, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
- 3Arrange the seasoned vegetables on a large sheet pan and roast for 12–15 minutes until they start to soften.
- 4While vegetables roast, gently mix the lump crab meat with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, remaining garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- 5Remove the sheet pan from the oven and distribute the crab mixture across the vegetables.
- 6Return the pan to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes until the crab is heated through and fragrant.
- 7Serve hot straight from the pan with your favorite side like rice or crusty bread.
